Frequently asked questions
What happens after the trial?
Nothing, if you do nothing: access ends automatically after 14 days. There is no automatic renewal and no charge. If you want to continue, simply take out the subscription. Your data is kept for another 30 days; if you subscribe during that time, everything is back straight away.
Do I need new devices?
No. buchIQ runs in the browser: on the phone, tablet or PC you already have.
Is the homepage really included at no extra cost?
Yes. It is part of the subscription, with no surcharge and no additional contract. Every business gets its own page with address, opening hours, services, prices, team and booking at its own web address. You choose from eleven design templates and adjust colour, logo and images yourself. Hosting, SSL encryption and maintenance are included.
I already have a website. What then?
No problem: simply add a “Book an appointment” button with your buchIQ link to your existing site. You can use the buchIQ homepage as well, or ignore it.
What about data protection?
The data is stored on servers in Germany, we use no tracking cookies and we provide a data processing agreement. Customers can view their data and delete their account themselves.
Can I bring over my existing customers?
Yes, via CSV import (e.g. from Excel). You can then merge duplicate entries with one click.
