Appointments per week × share of forgotten appointments × revenue per appointment × working weeks = lost revenue per year. Divided by 12, this gives the amount per month. The result is an estimate based on your entries.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know my share of forgotten appointments?
Keep count for four weeks: all booked appointments and those nobody came to without cancelling. Divide the second number by the first and multiply by 100.
Do short-notice cancellations count too?
If you can no longer fill the gap at such short notice, yes. Then include them in the share.
Are my figures stored?
No. The calculator runs in your browser. Your entries are not sent to us.
